Step 1: Pay

Enter the payment details required below. The value of this enlightening experience is $249; however, we're offering an introductory price of only $99 USD.

Step 2: Register

Once the payment is complete, you'll be redirected to a page asking you to enter your contact details.

Step 3: Invite Responders

You'll then receive an email containing a link to the invitation screen where you can send the 360 assessment to as many respondents as you wish. Please note we need insight from at least five people.
